I am a brand new customer of Woods Plumbing Service, as of today, and I am never calling anyone else! We highly recommend them! We just bought a mobile home and moved in last week. After my first shower there was water all over the bathroom floor, and things went downhill very fast from there. The first plumber I called last week said the sewage needed to be pumped. After the park had it pumped I had to call a plumber to come get the pipes unclogged. So I called Woods, and Wylie and Sebastian were here within 35 minutes! Which is totally unheard of, and we truly appreciate how fast they came! They did an exceptional job and got everything cleaned out enough to work until they can send a crew out to replace all my drains. They both knew exactly what they were doing, and did a fast and great job! My fiancé has been in the construction business his whole life and can spot a great tradesman a mile away, and we were lucky to get 2 today! Donnie and Alan went above and beyond the repair our leak. They were patient and determined to find where it was coming from. It’s good to see young men who are passionate about the work they do. Another thing that I really noticed was their respect when it comes to customer service. They included yes/no sir and yes/no ma’am in every reply they gave. You don’t hear that from young people their age on a regular. But it goes with the quality of work they give.
